Grounds Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
The Grounds Maintenance Technician position will have varying duties. They will be responsible for automated and manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, clerical tasks, and general support of operations on location at our worksites. This position may require the use of hand tools, power tools, computers, and other types of equipment.
Wage Range:
$18.00 – $35.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lawn Care, Mowing and Edging Lawns
Trimming and Pruning Trees and Shrubs
New Landscaping Design and Installation
Landscaping Modifications
General Site Maintenance and Cleanup
Filling Out Various Forms
Generating Various Reports
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and safe driving history
At least 18 years old, or preferability 21 years old (requirement to operate some equipment)
Committed to safety and wellbeing of all individuals.
Use of all proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as the job requires.
Friendly and dedicated to great customer service, 100% customer satisfaction.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of the team.
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet customer needs.
Ability to work in varying conditions.
Dependable and reliable
Encourage a positive team atmosphere and willingness to help and serve others.
Shift and Schedule:
Day Shift: Full time, or Part-time
Flexible Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday (Or weekends if you prefer)

Pest and Rodent Control Technician I and II
Position Summary
The Pest Control Technician I and II positions will have varying duties. They will be responsible for automated or manual labor tasks, clerical tasks, and general support of operations on location at our worksites. They will coordinate, manage and service client routes. They provide pest and rodent control, and inspection, services to residential and commercial clients according to established timeliness, standards, policies and procedures. The Pest and Rodent Control Technician develops professional relationships with all clients to fully understand their unique residential or business challenges, offer knowledgeable guidance, recommend solutions and actions, and solve a wide variety of pest and rodent management problems.
Wage Range:
$20 – $35 per hour (depending on experience) plus possible performance bonus and commission.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Learn about different types of pests and rodents, and study for licensing exams, and participate in regular training to obtain, or maintain, licensing certifications.
Help protect the health and safety of our clients, community, and environment by recognizing and controlling pest and rodent problems
Build professional relationships with our clients, and inspect client sites for pest and rodent activity
Learn and understand the client’s unique needs and challenges, offer knowledgeable guidance, recommend solutions and actions
Implement customized pest and rodent management plans or programs (Integrated Pest Management – IPM) that involves identification, extermination, and exclusion
Apply a combination of mechanical, biological, and chemical tools to eliminate, prevent and control pest and rodent issues
Implement or make structural repair to facilitate pest and rodent exclusion
Coordinate, manage and schedule service routes to ensure clients receive timely and high-quality services
Record data, fill out various forms or generate various types of reports, using computer systems or cell phone software applications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Or, in the process of obtaining one)
Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving history
At least 18 years old

Pest and/or Rodent Control, Industrial, or Safety certifications
A basic understanding or computer software and systems including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, scheduling and mapping software, smartphone applications, and web-based portals. Or, the ability to learn new software quickly
License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Required)
Obtain Pest and/or Rodent Certifications Within 30-45 days of employment (Required)
